FAQ’s

Orders:

  1. Q: How do I place an order?
    A: You can place an order via our website. Alternatively you’re more than welcome to call, email or get in touch through social media.

  2. Q: What if the product I’m looking for isn’t on your website?
    A: Please get in touch if you’re looking for something that isn’t on the website. We are currently working to get all of our products online however this is a small team and therefore it’s a process. Feel free to drop us an email or fill out our online form and we can send you pictures of what we have available.

  3. Q: Can I order something that’s not in stock?
    A: Please give us a call, email or message via social media if you’re looking for something that is out of stock. We may be able to order this in for you.

  4. Q: Can I get it gift wrapped? 
    A: We are able to wrap your gift in white tissue and put a ribbon on your bag.  

  5. Q: Can I make an order for someone else?
    A: Yes, you can order for someone else. If you’d like us to leave a note for you on the order, please let us know via the ‘add a note to your order’ box.

Virtual shopping:

  1. Q: How many days a week are you open for virtual shopping?
    A: We are open from Monday to Saturday for virtual shopping. 

  2. Q: What times am I able to book virtual shopping?
    A: Virtual shopping will be running from 10am to 5pm.

  3. Q: How long is each virtual visit?  
    A: Each virtual visit is 30 minutes in duration.

  4. Q: Can I book a longer session?
    A: Yes. If you’d like a longer session, please select two sessions.

  5. Q: How much are the tickets?
    A: Tickets for virtual shopping are free of charge.

  6. Q: How do I book?
    A: Call us on 020 8523 4447 or send us a message.

  7. Q: How does it work?
    A: Once you have booked we will send you an email with a Zoom link just before your requested time. This link is an invitation to join us on Zoom for your virtual visit.

  8. Q: How long will this service be running for?
    A: This service will be running indefinitely.

  9. Q: How do I collect my items?
    A: We are open for click and collect Mon - Sat from 10am to 5pm.  Alternatively we are also operating a weekly delivery service. Please see Delivery FAQ’s below for further details.

  10. Q: How do I pay?
    A: We will send you an invoice which you will be able to pay for online.

  11. Q: What can I expect from a virtual shopping experience?
    A: We wanted to create an experience that feels most like a visit to the shop. These live sessions are a way for you to be able to browse, whether you are looking for something specific or would like to mooch around, or simply, fancy a chat.

Deliveries:

  1. Q: Is there a minimum spend?
    A: There is no minimum spend.

  2. Q: Which postcodes are included for deliveries?
    A: At present we are delivering to the following postcodes: E4, E7, E10, E11, E17, IG8 and IG9.

  3. Q: What days do you deliver?
    A: At present we deliver on Thursdays.

  4. Q: How late can I place an order before the delivery day?
    A: You can place an order up until 12 midnight on Wednesday for it to be processed and delivered on Thursday.

  5. Q: Is there a delivery fee?
    A: We are able to deliver for a fee of £3 throughout the borough.
