String of hearts

The string of hearts plant is a trailing indoor plant with lovely heart shaped, patterned leaves.

Water sparingly and let the soil dry out a little between watering. This plant prefers bright, indirect light and it thrives best in places with 18 - 24 Celsius. If you notice large spaces between leaves, the plant might not be getting enough light.

During spring and summer you can help it grow by feeding it with a liquid fertiliser once a month.

If you are lucky the string of hearts will produce small delicate purple/pink flowers in the growing season. The plant non-toxic to dogs and cats.
