Stuffing mix

Wholemeal classic stuffing mix 150g (2 x 70g sachets). Mix the contents of the packet with 300ml of boiling water and optionally, 25g of butter. Stir well and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Place in an ovenproof dish in the centre of the oven or form into balls and place on a baking tray. Choose from two options.
